Vibration condition monitoring and analysis services are aimed to evaluate the machine condition in Proactive Maintenance or Condition Based Maintenance program. In addition to machine correction services on field balancing and alignment.

The symptoms of vibration are related to the machine loading, quality or condition, installation and assembly, function and manufacturing quality, defects from services, abuse and improper maintenance. Following are the sources of vibration that can be performed with non intrusive measurement

Cost and Scope of Work

The cost of the operation will depend on the number of people per working day (man-day) that must be used to survey and prepare information and / or build up the database, vibration data collection , analysis and report, the number of measurement points and complexity of machine.

The rate of charges, 320 USD per man-dayfor for survey, preparation and data collection. 470 USD for analysis and report

These rates are not include cost of travel and accommodation. The minimum service rate for both the survey, preparation, analysis and reporting start at 0.5 man-day

Vibration analysis can be used or included in the condition monitoring activity of Condition Based Maintenance Program. The analysis information can be used for finding the machine defective root cause, reduction of the unplanned downtime, reduction of catastrophic failure.
